Bật trước lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 375 độ F. Xịt chảo/khuôn tròn bằng một lớp bơ chống dính rồi để riêng. Việt quất rửa sạch. Bơ cho vào lò vi sóng quay trong 30 giây cho tan chảy. Cho bột mì, đường, sữa vào bơ, trộn đều, rót hỗn hợp ra chảo/khuôn nướng.
Rắc trái việt quất đều quanh chảo, cho chảo vào lò nướng trong 40-45 phút cho đến khi bánh chín vàng, viền bánh chuyển nâu. Lấy chảo ra và để nguội khoảng 10 phút.
