Đập trứng ra bát, đánh tan sủi bọt. Cho sữa vào và tiếp tục đánh.
Cho tiếp bột nở, bột mì, đường và muối vào hỗn hợp trứng sữa. Trộn nhẹ nhàng đến khi bột hòa quyện các nguyên liệu khác, sánh mịn và không bị vón.
Cho dầu ăn vào và tiếp tục đánh đều tay. Hỗn hợp bột lúc này phải mượt, sánh đặc như kem.
Đặt chảo lên bếp, đun nóng 1 chút dầu ăn. Chọn loại chảo đáy bằng và miệng rộng. Rót hỗn hợp bột vào chảo, nhẹ nhàng và từ từ. Phần bột rót vào chảo chỉ khoảng trong lòng bàn tay bạn, nó sẽ dàn đều và nở ra to hơn.
Nhỏ lửa ở mức trung bình, rán bánh trong 1-2 phút. Dùng bàn xảm lật thử xem mặt bánh đã vàng chưa, rồi lật mặt còn lại rán nốt. Chiên bánh chín vàng hai mặt là được. Cho bánh ra đĩa, tưới mật ong và ăn thêm với bơ nếu bạn thích.
