Cho mì ra tô, xếp kim chi, cải thảo, cá viên, xúc xích và đậu hũ lên phía trên, chan nước và bạn đã có ngay 1 tô mì cay siêu tốc thơm ngon. Mì cay siêu tốc độc đáo, rất vừa miệng, ăn vào mùa mưa làm ấm người và hấp dẫn.
