Gừng rửa sạch, cắt miếng như hình sau đó cho vào nồi cùng các nguyên liệu phần làm siro gừng.
Nấu cho đến khi đường tan, nước sôi thì hạ nhỏ lửa, tiếp tục nấu trong 30 phút thì hỗn hợp siro sẽ hơi đặc lại. Lúc này bạn tắt lửa, lọc lấy phần nước siro.
Cho trà túi lọc vào ly pha cùng với 100ml nước nóng. Khi trà đã ra hết chất thì bạn vớt túi lọc ra, cho sữa đặc vào khuấy đều cùng với siro gừng. Việc cuối cùng là thưởng thức ly trà sữa ấm nóng!
